Fit-N-Fun has taught fitness for Sports teams at the Academy of Notre Dame in Radnor, Pa. She has also instructed teachers for after school fitness for Culbertson Elementary School,  St. Anastasia Schools in Newtown Square, and Delaware County Community College in Media. Fit-N-Fun has also instructed after school fitness programs for Gladwynne Montessori School.

For ten years, Marple Newtown Adult Education has held Teresa of Fit-N-Fun as one of their instructors. She teaches all aspects of fitness including Aquatic Aerobics, Cardio, Cardio Kick-Box, Strength Training, Yoga, Step Aerobics, Body Ballet, and Individual and Group Training.
